I’m Wade Milligan, born and raised in Ocala, FL, with a lifelong passion for land. Whether I was at the hunting camp in Southwest Georgia with my dad or exploring the Great Smoky Mountains in Tennessee with my mom, I’ve always had a deep appreciation for the outdoors and the diverse landscapes this country has to offer.
When I’m not out searching for our next property or adventure, I’m serving as a full-time firefighter in my hometown, a role I’ve had for 9 years. It’s truly been an incredible journey, and I’ve made lifelong friends and built a strong sense of community along the way.
My wife, Valerie, and I are also enjoying the journey of raising our daughter, with a little boy on the way. Life’s busy, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything!
